About After the Jabs
The next chapter deserves a plan.
After the Jabs exists to help you feel more prepared for life after weight-loss medication—with practical ideas, a supportive community and a way forward that fits real life.
Drugs like Ozempic and Mounjaro can be powerful tools. They can reduce appetite, quieten food noise and make weight loss feel more manageable.
But many people worry about what happens afterwards.
When medication stops, it is common for hunger to return, old habits to reappear and the food environment to start pulling hard again. That is not a personal failure. It is what happens when one form of support is removed without a new system taking its place.
This site focuses on the next phase:
- staying fuller for longer through smarter food choices
- rebuilding habits that can hold up in real life
- understanding how the modern food environment drives overeating
- creating a realistic plan for maintaining progress
- This is not anti-medication. It is about what comes after.
After the Jabs is built for people who want clear, practical help without judgment.
Who's behind this
Neil · Founder of After the Jabs
I’m Neil. Years ago, fresh out of university, I had a temp job that started at five in the morning: driving a 7.5-tonne lorry full of McDonald’s buns from a bakery in Reading to a distribution centre in Milton Keynes. One morning at the loading bays somebody had spilled a 40-gallon drum of ketchup, and the smell, and the wasps, taught me something I didn’t have words for yet: before it’s a bottle on your table, it’s freight.
I’ve spent a long time since then learning exactly how that industry works, and After The Jabs is where I put everything I know about getting free of it.
And I should be straight with you about something else: I still love crisps. And Chinese curry. And Cadbury’s chocolate. I’m not here because I’m finished with all that. I’m here because I found out who engineered the wanting, and what switches it off.
And this is Claire
Our ATJ video avatar
Claire presents our videos, and we’ll tell you proudly rather than hoping you won’t ask: she’s our avatar. I write every word she says; she says it with better hair. She’s the face of After The Jabs who’s never tired, never off sick and never rushing you. The humans here are me, my daughters Katie and Sophie, who keep the whole thing honest, and the members, who are the real point of the place.
