Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled.

– Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated
Downloadable digital products are covered by our general satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will review your request fairly and promptly.
Where coaching or consulting services are purchased, please contact us if you are unhappy for any reason. We aim to resolve concerns quickly and fairly. Refunds may depend on services already delivered.
Approved refunds will normally be made back to the original payment method.
Processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where there is clear evidence of misuse, fraud, repeated abuse, or bad faith purchasing behaviour.
